The neighborhood where Orison Managua is located is a place where you will experience AUTHENTIC Local Life. Our neighbors are professionals, engineers, teachers, and military personnel. We are decent, hardworking, and especially friendly people.

We have a very well-stocked little store that we call Pulpería Silvia, as well as Cyber Claudia, which offers office services and computer rentals. Both are right across the street from us.

Along our street and the parallel street, there are homes with families and cheerful children.

Nature is generous in our neighborhood, with many fruit trees — especially mango and coconut trees — in most of the houses and along the streets.

Just 50 meters from our street is Boulevard Naciones Unidas, with office buildings, Dollar Rent a Car, Casa Pellas, national and international banks, and bus stops that will take you to any part of Managua and Nicaragua (with connections). A few blocks away you will find McDonald’s, Supermarket La Colonia, Subway, etc.

In just a few minutes you will live a special experience visiting the Mercado Popular Israel Lewites, which also has the Terminal Norte (buses to León, Chinandega, Puerto Corinto, connections to El Salvador, etc.). There are many small stalls selling all kinds of goods, food stands, tropical fruits, lots of local people doing their shopping, and vendors who will gladly invite you to see their merchandise.
