Terms and Conditions 🎯

• Maximum Time: the maximum length of a reservation is 10 days, but if you need to stay longer, you can make a new reservation.
• Minimum Time: the minimum stay with us is 1 hour.
• Check-In Time: reservations will be held until 10 a.m. the day after the reservation date; if the guest does not arrive by the specified time, the reservation will be canceled. There will be no refunds for canceled reservations.
• Check-Out Time: if you do not check out by 11 a.m., Orison Managua reserves the right to charge an additional day of stay, or to remove your belongings to the general storage area (additional charges of $5/day per suitcase, bag, or backpack for storage apply). You will be denied any further access to the room.

• You can make certain changes to your reservation, for example: changing the name of the person on the reservation, but you must do so up to 3 days before arriving at the hostel and pay a $15 fee.

• If you cancel a reservation, you must pay a $49 cancellation fee, and we will give you a credit valid for six months, which can be used by you or by the person who made the cancellation, at least 3 days before the check-in date.
• You must announce the new reservation date at least 15 days before your arrival. You must wait for confirmation of the new reservation.
• If we cancel the reservation because you failed to check in on time, or because you tried to cancel a reservation after the acceptable time frame, or because you violated any term or condition, Orison Managua will not extend any credit or refund.

• If the reservation was made but not paid for (the credit card used did not work and the payment was never processed), we will notify you about this problem and wait 24 hours for your response; if we receive no response, the reservation will not be effective. However, if you arrive at our hostel, we will do everything possible to get you an available room.
• If the person does not present documents showing that he/she is the person whose name appears on the reservation, we will not be able to have them prove that they made said reservation, but we may offer a new reservation if a room is available, subject to payment of the new reservation.
• If the person does not present a photo ID, we will not be able to provide accommodation at our hostel.
• If the person named on the reservation brings a minor who cannot prove a DIRECT family relationship (child, nephew/niece, sibling), that minor will not be admitted to our premises.

Orison Managua is not responsible for damage to items or loss of any of them during the storage process.

• Storage is a service available to all guests with a reservation who have checked in with us, or who have completed the check-out process. This is completely FREE for the first 8 hours.
• After the first 8 hours, storage costs $3 per day/item.
• Storage of your belongings has a maximum period of 10 days.
• After the tenth day of storage, the item becomes the property of Orison Managua if it is not claimed by its owner.

• Selected services must be paid for at the time of the reservation.
• Charges related to taxes and the use of Additional Services may be paid at check-out, but management reserves the right to charge for additional services at the time they are provided; this will depend on whether or not you left a DEPOSIT. At check-in, it is at your DISCRETION whether or not to leave a security deposit.
• Orison Managua is not responsible for any type of error you make when making your reservation.
• All sales are final. We are a Budget Hostel, and therefore we do not offer any type of returns or refunds.

Orison Managua has established a CONSTANT surveillance system in ALL of the property's Common Areas, as well as Security Systems for the protection of our guests, our facilities, and our associates.

All guests MUST take full and complete responsibility for damages caused by themselves or by any other person included in their reservation, whether within the room where they are staying or in any other facility of the hostel.

This is why we ask all guests to have a credit card available as a guarantee.

Orison Managua reserves the right to retain your credit or debit card details for purposes related to compensation for damages or the loss of materials suffered by the guest and/or their companions.

Additionally, Orison Managua reserves the right to initiate legal action without prior notice.

Within the limits permitted by Nicaraguan law, Orison Managua accepts no liability for events beyond its control, such as (but not limited to): earthquakes, floods, terrorism, protests, strikes, theft, robbery, cancellations, delays, negligence by third parties, civil disasters, government regulations, acts of God, etc.

We always recommend that our guests obtain or carry all-risk insurance, including coverage for personal injury, property loss, theft of money, etc., for all their travels around the world.

To the extent permitted by law, Orison Managua is only liable for damages and other debts equivalent to the value the guest has paid for their reservation.

The accommodation prices shown on our website are based on one night's stay and do not include meals (unless expressly stated in the Offer), or any other services you may wish to order.
